What we collect

When you request a free preview, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, business name, business type, location, any links you share and any notes. If you share links to your website or social pages, we look at the public information and photos there to build your preview.

How we use it

• To build your free website preview and email you the link.
• To follow up about your preview. You can opt out anytime by replying "stop" or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• If you become a client, to build, host and maintain your website and to bill you.

We do not sell or rent your information. We use trusted service providers to run this business, such as our web host (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), payments (Square) and AI tools that help build and edit websites. They only get what they need to do that work.

Photos and content

Previews may use photos and details you've published publicly about your business. Before any site goes live, you confirm what can be used, and you can replace or remove anything at any time.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your preview and form details within 6 months, or sooner if you ask.
